Handcrafted sourdough bloomers

Expertly handcrafted sourdough bloomers, available in plain (15078) or seeded (15079). Developed using a traditional mother dough starter and high hydration dough, each loaf delivers a depth of flavour and natural tang.

Resulting in a beautifully open, soft crumb with a satisfyingly crisp, golden crust with a distinctive basket-shaped finish.
